First of all you should familiar that you are an english tutor by teaching, writting and then slowly you can charge

First of all, what is your English like? I mean your spoken English. That is the biggest problem here in the Philippines. Written English is usually ok. I suggest you to go to a tutor centre and apply for a job there. Of course they will ask you to pass a test and to do a "demo" They will pay you the usual rate. Don't forget to use capital letters where necessary! ;-)
