How do you help save mother earth?

    I do care a lot about the environment. Back in Ph, we plant vegetables and fruits. We dont have any vacant lot as our backyard are all gardens of vegetables n fruits. We have pitsay, repolyo, mustasa, kamote, spinach, paynepol and banana. Our babuyan has a tank and we are using biogas as a source of fuel. Imagine an 11 kgs. tank of gasul will take us 6 months to consume because of the biogas(as an alternative).

Hmmm.... buying only pricey and overhyped organic foods... Not! I use my own reusable canvas bag instead of store plastic bags at the grocery. I recycle packaging materials and I wrote to Sephora about their use of too much glitter paper to wrap and cushion tiny items bought from them online.

@Areh H4.....I am speechless!!!Thanks for noticing. to help save mother earth.. check / join this site..gawad l.a.h.a.t.multiply maybe you have to internalize this song in one's mind http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jRGcACdKMM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4cAv0KDFrc by now, to start with have an informed mind for recycling, composting,energy/water conservation,militant mind against environment welfare transgressors, avoidance/boycott/dissemination of information about products/brands that destroys the environment put some actions into in report/comment/make suggestions/coordinate with government or NGO's or media about environment welfare even without expecting anything in return. Please just don't misjudged other yappers not caring for the environment. We all have our own little and big ways of doing it. question is.. are we in power and influence to stop businesses like an ice skating rink or ice museum in the middle of a tropical region?Used a lot of energy and leave a large amount of carbon footprints. with so many environment organization, why is there no action against using styrofoam (EPS-expanded polystyrene) that is made of benzene which is found carcinogenic when used as food packaging and the manufacturing uses chemicals that destroys the ozone layer? Makakalikasan at mapayapang bati sayo! joke.. how about recycling used condoms into bubble gums?

Oh I do care.....how about you, do you?... ; )) ..just asking.. I don't let my vehicle to be tagged as "smoke velching" one. I have my brother who's a mechanic who takes care of it so as not to contribute too much on air pollution. I don't litter just on anywhere else... With these little ways, am already helping....
