  • how long is a uk citizen allowed to stay in the philippines with out a visa as a tourist. ? i think its 21 days .. but im thinking if u land there and then fly out to some where else in asian like malasya or japan or some thing does that cancel out the 21 days ? as i will be flying to the philippines there for a week then fly to japan for a week then back to Philippines.. does that mean that my free 21 days starts over again when i rea land there a week later ? because im thinking to have 3 weeks in the philippines but in the middle fly to japan then back again for a extra week.. so that means that my 21 days will start again yes as i fly out then back in ? thanks

    You can stay a long as you want to,but you need to decided how long then you will know what to do. You can stay for the 21 days or less,or you can stay the 59 day like others are talking about,but you dont have to leave, you can keep renewing your stay by going to philippine immagration. or you can get a visa at philippine embassy before you go there,just tell them how long they will tell you how much. Up to but now a year..If you are married to a filipina sa i am you can stay without doing all the trouble..All we have to do is show we are married and i can stay for 16 months if i like as well as my daughter..But no you dont have to leave after 21 or 59 days.

hi, your 21 days starts from the time you pass imigration, so if you arrive 1st of month your passport will be stamped to leave 22nd, if you leave to fly out to china and return to fills your 21 days will start all over again as your passport will be stamped again for another 21 days, if you wanted to stay longer its better to get a single entry visa ( 59 days ) £23 from philippine embassy in london !

Your given a tourist visa for 21 days upon arrival. You can extend your tourist visa up to 18 months at a time. Getting an extension on your tourist visa is cheap and easy at any BI Office or some travel agencies will do it for you for a fee. Sure you could leave after 21 days and come back a week later and get another 21 days. But it would be much cheaper just to extend your tourist visa.
