What is a good inexpensive resort in Batangas?

What beach resort in Laiya, Batangas can you recommend that's affordable and has accomodations for 6-8 people?

    kabayan beach resort.. stayed there last year for vacation. i lost the brochure i took from them. they have accomodations for 6-8 people. clean place. they have good beaches but i'll have to say the coral reefs aren't a pretty sight.. if you're checking in at kabayan, don't forget to try their halayang ube! fantastic!

Try La Luz Beach Resort. Rooms with fans are pretty affordable. Add in 900 per person, and you don't have to worry about your food anymore ;)

I've heard good things about Sabangan ( http://sabangan.com ) and Kababayan (? am not sure about the exact name). :) They both have accomodations for 6-8 people.
