i can give you my wedding coordinator's contact number. she's awesome. totally professional and organized. the only thing you need is to tell her your budget for the entire event, number of guests, your ideas and vision for the event, preferences and that's it. she'll take care of everything for you. she has a team of vendors already and they're all awesome. her specialty is weddings and debuts but she can do your event no problem at all. the florist that she usually works with is cheap. i got everything, flowers and props, for my wedding at only 45k. if you see my pics, you can see it's a lot. party planners are just the organizers of the event. they hire florists or such to transform the ballroom for you. anyway, just contact me if you want access to the pics and her contact info.
