    to become a top seller includes patience, hardwork and more oriented... everytime your client ask you something, make sure you could always answer him/her briefly, briefly means clear and acceptable so he/she got no doubt and will proceed to the next topic...DONT ever let a single minute pass that you are both quite...never leave a single space, let him/her amaze your products, show her the best and the benefits, keep your eyes and hands moving while your mouth is on motion also, PAUSE when you noticed he/she confuse, slowly but surely technique is needed too.... some technique upon approaching at home prospect: when you starts knocking on his door, greet and introduce your name BUT never ever tell that you are selling something coz she will refuse you to enter inside...next, SMILE, always smile for it is a door opener already, when you are inside the house already, appreciate her house around, in that case you always know if your prospect is capable or just wasting time, next NEVER ever talk about politics, religion or favorite channel (tv shows) because you didnt know if he/she is in favor of the opposition or not or he/she is not on the same belief or they love drama on tv and not basketball....instead always appreciate the way they raise their kids specially when they have honours....DONT talk too much about money matters, remember you are going to convince them that you need money.... so do it in a simple and yet easy way, dont give them a hint..... last tip......... make sure you are very well groom and very presentable physically, coz it is soooo hard to sell shampoo when you dont even comb your own hair.... i wish these will help, i could always share you more if you wish.

Top salesmen close deals by asking for the order and taking at least 7 No's. Also they know the importance to close and stay close, wish means when you ask for the sale, shut up and wait QUIETLY for the answer. The first one who speaks usually loses.Good luck and happy prospecting!
