    this is a universal idea behind sending messages... go to the main menu. open the the messages option or folder. select the write messages (other units says new messages). after typing your message, select the options, then click send to a number. choose from your phonebook is an option and click it if you have nmot memorize the number you like to send to. and one more thing, in the inbox, you may just reply to the one that originally texted you. happy texting. (suggestion: read your cellular phone manual to be specific about the operation...)

depends on your provider cingular,t-mobile,sprint,nextel,smart,gl… open menu button then to messages then select create message then select text message then select whatever your going to text. or read your phone manual.
