My Grandma has came back from Nepal to Hong Kong, but then I don't really know how to speak Nepali, pls help?

Like any simple stuff I can use such as- Sup? Every been to the Himalayas? Want to go up there next holiday? Want to go out for a hike/walk? You should do more exercise (friendly way). Miss Nepal? How long are you staying? Call me when you're at Nepal. Welcome to Hong Kong. Bored? Want to go somewhere/do something? Mayne, long time no c when you were at Nepal haha. Can I come with you to Nepal some day? Do you want to drink some water? Are you hungry? (And cus my Pops cooking today, how do you say: "How's my Dad cooking?" LOL!) etc. Lols, and also she might say things to me, like although I don't understand, perhaps if you don't mind, may you pls also tell me a little something about what she may say and how to reply pls? Lols. And also pls may you translate in English if you don't mind pls. Thank you very much.
