Quick vacation idea?

Hey , I really want to go on vacation to the Maldives for two weeks and I'm single is this a good idea ?!?

• Hey , I really want to go on vacation to the Maldives for two weeks even though I am single I really tend to enjoy really peaceful vacations & going for massages & relaxing a lot , do you think that this is a good choice of vacation for me ?! Or would you suggest another destination to vacation in !? Answers please (when your answering it would be helpful if you'd been here before too !) but any answers will be fine ! thanks !

  Hi Stephanie Well this all depends on you ! Single people certainly do vacation in Maldives (and families too, of course) but it is couples mainly. Maybe choose one of the larger islands, so there will be more activities, choices of different restaurants, a larger spa, and so on. If you come during high season (Nov to Apr) then some of the spas can be very busy & booked for a few days in advance. During the daytime there is plenty to do, but less so in the evening - night starts to fall at about 6pm every day, all year round. Once you've watched the sunset and freshened up for dinner, you can read in the bar, or go for a moonlit walk on the beach. If you are happy with your own company then of course you will be fine, but some people might find things boring, particularly the evenings. And then it depends on how comfortable you are, chatting with strangers (who will be mainly couples). Hope this helps a bit. Any more questions please ask, or send me a message.
