How To Save Money In Malaysia?

Good salary in Malaysia?

  • Hello, my husband got preliminary job offer for Malaysia. Still he did not get salary offer. What is good salary in Malaysia. We have loan and we have to pay 1000 euros per month for our flat in Egypt, so i am interested, what salary would allow us to have nice and modest life in Malaysia and also to save that money for flat. Pls, help me, cz he have to answer fast.. cheers

  • Answer:

The same salary he is getting now, plus accomodation, car, expetriate allowance of 100 Euro a day including weekend. For your info our fresh university graduate only make Euro400 to 500 a month. Your husband need to be a high end professional in order to qualify that, our salary is approx 5 times lesser than those in the European Union

not worth it.. enough said.. why? 1000 euro equal to MYR 4000.. unless if your husband got MYR 10,000 salary job offer, yes.. take it.. other than that.. stay where you're right now.. PEACE =D

Anything less than RM20,000.00 should be flatly rejected. Consider those offers of between RM 100,000.00 to RM 500,000.00 per month in order to have a modest and respectable life here.

Some people in Sabah consider RM400 (roughly 100 Euro) A MONTH a good salary... it was said above, high-end professional, with a RM15-20k p/month salary and then it will probably be worth while for you. By the way, what you pay for your flat now in Egypt, if you want to keep up your standard of living here in Malaysia you'd pay about the same amount for a (generous) flat here! Plus food expenses, electricity (aircon is not cheap), shopping, travelling around the country (worth while, don't stay at home all the time when you install yourself here!) etc will all add up. RM15k might actually just be a little bit tight! Sad but true, because as I said in the beginning, some people manage with RM400/month!

holy macamoly! 1k euro?! I'm glad we only need to pay about RM1k for house installments in Malaysia. Maybe you should do the math yourself, sista. Cus if you need 1000 euro to support your house, the remaining expenses shall be beyond our knowing for those who don't live in egypt.

KL is expensive ; professional with spouse needs RM 10000 ( est.2200 euro) a month for modest living. These include rental for housing in condo; car loan and transport usage , food and modest shopping entertainment. If you are hot and sexy, it needs extra vigilant and maintenance fee to stay pretty as KL is h
