Why are driving lessons getting more expensive?

I'm a malaysian,how do i go about getting a malaysia's driving lessons?

as long as you reach 17 years old, you can take the license. no need any knowledge, but you must know how to read and write in malay. knowing english is advantage. and, if u are a color blind, just forget it.
