Why do MOST FILIPINOS ORDER RICE WITH DIM SUM?

Malaysians I need immediate help please?

  • ok so im very hungry and I wana order me sum prawn fried rice but people here dont kno english that well and they dont understand when I say prawn fried rice. So could u tell me how to say it in malay? EG: chicken Fried rice = Nasi Goreng Ayam Prawn fried rice = ?

That would be Nasi Goreng Udang. Because 'nasi' is rice, 'goreng' is fried, and 'udang' is prawn. So it's nasi goreng udang. Remember this, most malay words and arranged opposite from english words in a sentence, similarly in chicken fried rice, nasi goreng ayam. Hope this helps!

I think most of restaurants do have menu, so just point at the menu. Alternatively, draw a picture of prawn on nasi (rice).
