Has anyone stayed at the Vista De Rey hotel in Benalmadena?

Had anyone of you stayed in Pan Pacific hotel for TRANSIT in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia?

• I'm travelling to my home country next month from Beijing, and I have a transit of more than 12 hours in KL, and MH airline is giving us free accomodation in Pan Pacific Hotel. You know, that the hotel is IN the airport, and we have to take the aero bus (sky train) to go to the hotel. I have some friends staying in KL, so I was wondering will be able to go out of the hotel to meet with them into the city? I'm not really sure how it's gonna go, so someone could yo please explain whether or not that I would be able to go out to the city during my transit? Coz I heard something like you need a transit visa, and plus, you don't go OUTSIDE to go to the hotel, its just by the sky train? Thanks for your help in advance

  I recently had an eight hour stop over at KILA and decided to check into the pan pacific (it's about a 20 min walk from the main terminal or a free electric car thingy) but they wanted RM900 for the duration...I nearly fainted. So I walked back to the main terminal and there's a counter there that offers other nearby hotels and got one for RM120 (plus RM20 each way for the taxi) I didn't have to show my passport at any time (I'm from the UK) and could have easily popped back into kl. So the bottom line is that yes you can pop into kl to meet your friends or enjoy the stay at a luxury 5 star hotel and make use of the facilities there (I know what I would choose..!)
