Humans are born with intuition of what is good and what is bad, but why humans still choose the wrong things?

Mistakes, sometimes we have no choice and pressures. At least for me.

Good and bad are not absolutes. They are relative. No matter what good or bad preached by everyone, it's always from that person's selfish perspective. So no matter what good or bad a person choose, it's always because of selfishness. And because of selfishness, everyone will usually choose the wrong thing (which is wrong to others, but right to him) rather than the right thing (which is right to others, but wrong to him). Either way, arguments about right and wrong are always endless because nobody realizes deep enough that all those good-bad thing that they preach all the while are nothing more than the byproducts of individual selfishness.

A good example of human weakness is the lust that is inside ourselves. When we lust, we have lost our moral fortitude no purpose, and no foundation for good living. Some of us have good intentions to do something good, but our mind will give up on us when things out of control.

Because the "wrong things" are, very often, the ones that are good... e.g. healthy foods are not tasty....unhealthy food are....
