How much a salary for spa manager at malaysia?

base on my experience im in this beauty line for 7years.I start work as promoter selling a beauty cosmetic and skin care.Be customer service office in spa,Be promotion as a beauty consultant,and now i'm as asst manager.In my spa,the no manager.So all the duty i is under me and manage by me.So now I'm looking for another job as manager,because i didn't felt my salary is suitable with my duty.So i need help with all you guys to help me to answer my question.Thank you for your attention with my Question.

the salary is still veryyy low even you're looking at the high salary with (so many) years of experience...how many jobs are there with 5 figure and how much hard work does those worker need to pour in to get to that position..it's not worth it considering that you work like a horse and there's no good quality of life..well that's my opinion
