Pos Malaysia Track & Trace? (EASY 10 points)?

• I am expecting a package of documents from UK. The documents have been sent through Royal Mail and I have got the tracking number. It says that the documents have been sent to Malaysia already. I logged on to the Pos Malaysia website and there is a Track & Trace button. I clicked it and it had all these options: e-Parcel Pos Ekspres PosDaftar PosLaju SODA Pospriority Express I didn't know which to click so I tried all but to no avail. Does anyone know what I should do? p/s: I will call them tomm morning as they are closed now. But I just want to try to track it online if possible. PLS Help.... Thanks

  my dear..the tracking number that you have is only applicable when using the track & trace facility via royal mail. The track & trace facility that you saw over Pos Malaysia's website can only trace mails/documents that are sent via Pos Malaysia. Example if you wants to send a registered document to Johor via POS Laju..they will give you a slip containing reference code for easy tracking. this code can be use over the track & trace facility over Pos Malaysia website. You've mentioned that the document is already here in Malaysia. Perhap you can find out as to where the document has been addresed to. Normally, the POS Msia mail man will deliver directly to your house (if its addressed to your house) and you need to sign an acceptance slip. If you missed out on the delivery, maybe you should look out for the POS Malaysia red card aka notice card saying that you missed out on the delivery and you need to pick up your ownself at the Post Office which address written on the card. Or maybe, you need to wait a few days more as sometimes eventhough its already arrived in Malaysia...the process of sorting out these airmails according to its destinations will take sometimes and furthermore, its was a holiday season last week and sorting these mails might get slower than usual as most of their staff will go on raya holiday. or maybe it is best to check with them directly.
