Answer:
I am sorry to say that i won't be easy for you to get a job in Malaysia especially in your banking line unless the company that you apply for has exposure in Pakistan and they need a Pakistani for obvious reason. Banks in Malaysia are not known to employ foreigners unless for very high positions in the management (eg. MD, directors, CEO etc ). Even if a company besides banks wants to employ you, it would be very difficult for the company to obtain a working permit for you. There are many local business graduates to do marketing, the government won't give out working permit to foreigner to fill up these vacancies.

You are obviously an experienced banker, so as such you would have knowledge of ecocomic and political situation of the countries of the world.... and where people of your qualificatons are needed. You would also have easy access to address and contacts of all the banks and their branches in the world... so, if one is potentially available in Malaysia, write a letter to the manager, setting out your proposals, so when you visit, you may have a chance for a meeting. You may wish to wait, if you are accepted, for the bank to make arrangements for your workpass an for the letter for you to land in Malaysia..... On a tourist visa, you may not be able to have it renewed in Sngapore or obtain a visa on arrival......this rule is especially formulated to prevent or hinder your attempts to find a job while in Malaysia. You are also unlikely to obtain a VISA for Singapore, which should have been done in India - anyway pay the Singapore Embassy a visit...
