How can i find a job at Malaysia ?

I'm a computer science graduate from Egypt, I'm Muslim and I've been to Malaysia last summer, i want to work and live in Malaysia. I'm currently studying for the MCTS a Microsoft certificate accredited worldwide, and i want to apply for web developer vacancies at Malaysia any state is OK, preferably Kuala Lumpur, i can go to Malaysia and spend up to 3 month self funded and looking for a job there, that's how long the visit visa allows me, my questions are, can i renew the visit visa when I'm already in the country, and what kind of specific qualifications i need to obtain to fit well in the Malaysian job market, and what other advice you can give me if you were in a situation similar to mine, thanks a lot :D
