Does someone know how to download movies from the Comcast DVR to my computer?

Do you know how to save and download songs and movies into the computer?

From youtube to imeem and so many others. Please do not mention Limewire or Kazaa. I need fast and easy methods for someone not savvy enough with computers...lol. Oh, I also want a nice interface design along with it...haha...good value for free lol........thanks. Man!! I somehow feel so cheapskate hahahaha....aren't you all?? :~)

I use BitComet to download movies. If u wanna download movies from youtube, go here http://kej.tw/flvretriever/ but u have to download Total Video Converter from download.com to convert.
