And you can't get into a private hospital without private health insurance. So he is full of crap that he needs money for treatment. Unlike the US, you can get free healthcare in most other countries. And where is his employer?? If this was at all legit and he was working in Malaysia, then his employer would have private health insurance and would be lending him money if he needed it You need to cut off ALL contact with this criminal and report this to the FBIs IC3 division for investigation http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx If you gave this person enough of your personal information for your identity to be stolen (full name, birthdate, home address, etc) follow the guidelines on the FTCs site to protect yourself.
