Studying Medicine in Malaysia?

Hey .. Can someone help me out? I'm thinking of studying medicine in Malaysia,what are some good Universities for medicine there? And the certificate that you get valid everywhere? Also is studying medicine there a good idea? Thanks for any answers! :)

Places limited and reserved to locals, and of that 70% are reservrd for the bumis -- . Recognition/validity is limited--- e.g. not fully recognized in England.
