What does a music entertainment company do?

South Korean Music Entertainment company Q's (SM,YG, etc)?

• Questions: 1. Has any South Korean Entertainment company had/has a hispanic trainee? 2. In the future i do plan on learning korean, and develop my dancing, so i have to sing for any audition? (please specify which company) 3. I am hispanic, well i am Colombian (From South America) I'm tall, skinny, pale (Pretty surprising) would i have any chance? 3. Do you preform in front of other people who are auditioning? Thank you!

  hey~ 1- hmm no..but not yet..haha..it's all in a matter of time. trust me..kpop is starting to get recognition now from all over the place. it might be difficult but not impossible..there are so many non-asians people that audition but none of them have a lot of talent..but if u have talent, looks, and are willing to learn korean and it's culture, then u'll succeed hopefully! 2-u can audition for singing ir dancing. JYP mainly focuses on dancing since they have powerful dancers so if u like to dance and are good at it, try JYP but they WILL ask u to sing so eventually u'll end up doing both so have some raw talent in the category u dont audition for. and JYP is the most open to foreigners =D one good thing about JYP is that they dont necessarily look into ur talent, when ur auditioning they look into how much passion and emotion u put into ur song =) SM- is 80% looks and 20% talent. and another thing is they prefer asians over non-asians but u can still audition even if ur not, if u got lots of talent, then they might at least consider u. and SM is known for super harsh training compared to other companies. YG- is 100% talent. doesnt matter wat u look like, as long as u have talent. some people say YG is the most open for non-asians, but not really. they want u to have talent from the start so it will be easier to train u. eevry company has at least one idol group that includes a non-korean, but YG is the only one that doesnt. this is just MY opinion..haha i'm not sure though XD YG is more my style but i'm afraid they wont pick me cuz im not asian as well but i'll audition for JYP! 3-like i said..if u have talent,looks,and try hard..theres nothing that can stop u~ 4-ok so if u are going for live auditions..like in front if judges, they give u a number, u wait for a really long time (hehe) then when its almost ur turn, they put u in groups, usually the groups are either 5-10 or even 10-20 people sometimes and u go in order of ur number. thats they way it isually works...so yes u have to audition in front of other people. but if u think ur gonna lose confident cuz its ur first time like me..then try online auditions..hehe hope it helped! good luck XD and sorry i wrote so much xP
