Where can i get a korean pen pal to teach me korean?

I really need to learn. I really want to go to Korea some day. I'm going to live in either Japan or Korea...when i get older. So please tell me where i can get a pen pal to teach me Korean?!!? And also if you could...one to teach me Japanese :) thank you soooo much!! ^.^
