Anyone know the busking laws in south Korea? ?
-
I'm moving there soon from the UK as an English teacher and would like to earn a cheeky bit of dollar on the side!

Answer:
As far as I know, there aren't any laws that say it's illegal. Busking is street performance right? Street preforming is actually not as common, but you will see some every once in a while. I'm not sure how much you can make in the UK or the US, but it's definitely not going to be anywhere close in Korea. If you're going to perform music, you might do better where there are lot of younger crowds. Hongdae will probably be a good start.
