How many $.42 stamps would i need to mail a letter/package to South Korea, Seoul? --- Well i guess you need 2? for the letter But how many would u need to mail a package?

It will depend on the size and weight of the package. If you are mailing a regular sized letter, it will only cost 90 cents.

I've been mailing letters abroad for years. A standard letter to any other country besides Canada and Mexico is 90 cents (at the moment). For a package you're better off going to the post office and they'll weigh it and tell you how much it cost to mail then pay them and they put a stamp on it and send it.
