What does New Age music mean?

SM Entertainment and F&C Music...?

• 1. I'm from an Asian country and have the same skin color as Koreans and I'm 16 years old, am I eligible to join? Or is 16 too old? 2. From 17-18 I would be attending a different school of a higher grade (which is like the last two years of high school in America or Korea), after which I will have to serve my national service. Will I still need to serve my national service if I actually become a SM trainee? Or is it possible to push it back to when I'm older? That's because when I'm 18-19, I would need to serve national service in my country, and I understand that we will receive breaks in between to go back to our home country to visit but if I were to skip national service by going overseas, when I return to my country, I would be arrested. But I heard that it is possible to push national service to a later age if you're pursuing university education overseas, but being a SM Trainee would mean working for a very long time, so am I still able to push national service back? 3. I understand that my education would be paid for, but is it possible for me to take up a university degree when I'm older? In Korea? 4. When I submit an audition clip to SM via their email, I'm planning to submit a video of me singing and playing the guitar. What will happen if I make it? How will they contact me? Via email? Via phone? What will happen after that? Where do I need to go? What do I need to do? And do I stop school immediately and move to Korea? I heard that I would need to go to LA to audition again? Followed by heading over to Korea? Is that true? If it's true, will my expenses be paid for? 5. So, all my expenses including travel, education, food and lodging would be paid for, right? I will live in a dormitory with the other SM Trainees, right? 6. How is the schedule like? I understand that it is somewhat like we have to go to school in the morning and train for hours after school, right? I don't mind the strict training schedule. I am all out to work hard for a future career as an artiste. 7. We will enter an international school, right? And we will receive lessons in language too, right? If I'm 17 when I make it through as a SM Trainee, how many more years do I have to complete my education there? 8. We will be living in Seoul, Korea right? 9. Is it possible for me to specialize in other forms of entertainment besides dancing? As in, like being in a band playing the guitar and singing. Or will they place me in a certain field of performance? I play the guitar and sing. 10. Will they provide instruments and stuff for us to practice with? What about clothes? We will wear what they give us? 11. For the SM Entertainment auditions, I would just have to submit a video, right? In a CD, and mail it to them via their address on their website right? Besides the questions on SM entertainment, I have a few questions about F&C Music... In the event that I don't make it to SM Entertainment, I will still undergo school and serve my National Service in my country, and by the time I finish serving National Service, I will be roughly 20-21. 1. Is it too late for me to embark on a music career in Korea? 2. Will I be eligible to join F&C Music when I go to Korea after my National Service? By then, I would be proficient in the Korean language because I'm learning it. 3. Will F&C Music train their trainees like other entertainment companies do? How long do they train their trainees? 4. I wish to be in a band like CN Blue and FT Island, so will they put me along with other members? (in fact that is what I'm hoping for) 5. Will I still be able to pursue a university education while being under F&C Music? 6. How long will I stay in Korea? ( I don't mind staying for a very long time, because I'm planning to live there in the future) 7. How is the audition like for F&C Music?
