How to hide from someone that I like kpop?

• Ok, so there is a concert in Sydney, Australia in November (Kpop Music Fest) and I'm going with a couple of friends. However, my sister doesnt know that I'm going and that I like kpop and if she finds out, she will rage at me (because idk why she doesnt want me to like things that she likes). I know she will get angry because once I was listening to a kpop song and when she found out, she pulled the earphone from my ear and told me not to listen. So now I have to hide from her that I like kpop. But this concert, I dont know how to hide that from her. I'm scared that one day my parents will suddenly talk about it and she will know. I was thinking of telling my parents to tell her that I'm just going to a friend's house that night (instead of her knowing that I'm going to a kpop concert) but my parents are strict so I doubt they will do that for me. Please help anyone? And pleeaase dont say anything about like just telling her because I really dont want to. Thanks :) I'm putting this in Korea because I think people who like kpop will go there instead of other randoms reading my question and just dissing kpop. Thankss :D

  No offence but is your sister like 6 years old? If you like it you like it, seriously don't hide it. It"ll only be worse because she's gonna say "THERE WAS A CONCERT AND YOU DIDN'T TELL/TAKE ME!?" Then all hell will break loose. I'm really serious here, just tell her and if its a free concert invite her along and if its a paid concert and its cheap/you can afford it buy her a ticket and be like "I know you like kpop and I like it too so I want to see it together with you and friends. I won't change that. I like Kpop but let's at least enjoy it together." Because not telling her (when you live with her.) Is going to bite you in the butt. Telling your parents to lie will only hold up so long, one day they'll be like "how was that concert?" And your sister will hear and be like" you went to a concert!" I kid you not this will happen one way or another. I'm not the kind of person to hold back what I like because some else doesn't want me to. My older sister is extremely feminine and thinks video games and anime are childish and boyish and she's been saying for the last few years "you'll grow outta that." Nope I'm almost twenty. I started wearing Lolita (japanese style victorian era clothing) and she's again like you're weird you'll change. I haven't. So if you want smooth sailing just assert yourself firmly. I Like Kpop. There's nothing you can do about it so just enjoy it with me or deal.
