How to work well in korean restaurant as an waitress?

• tomorrow is my first day to work in the koreasn, restaurant, the horrible thing is i dont have any experience, and iam not really so sure that iam gonna do excellent tomorrow, so, plz advise me some things that waitress definetely should know while they are serving to the cutomers! employer said that they would like to see me work in 2 days first, then they will decide that will i work there or nor, u know what i mean, so, anyways, it would be great if you guys give me some tips that might be help me to get through the tomorrow! thanks a lot! hurry up!!! =)

  Hmmm, waitressing is hard work, and murder on your feet. I hope your day went smoothly. If isn't too late, the most irritating thing about Korean cuisine is that there are way too many side dishes and the fact that they are salty and spicy, the water glass is almost invariably empty a lot of the time. My tips... Ask if the customers want hot tea or ice water. Ask if the customers want any more of the ban-chan if the side dish plate is empty or quickly going. Ask if the customers want extra bowls of rice and/or soup that accompanies the rice. Korean diners tend to look for quantity rather than quality, so be generous with the frequency of side dishes being given. And,,,smile when you give them the restaurant bill and say thank you when they leave. Good luck!!
