How can an Iranian get Comboj visa?

I want to help my Korean girlfriend get a visa back to Australia.?

  • I want to help my Korean girlfriend get a visa back to Australia. My girlfriend is from South Korea. We met in Australia whilst she was on a student visa. Her visa expired and she had to go back to Korea. We want to be together. We were thinking about getting married and getting a spouse visa. But we have only been together for 2 months and think it would be too early to get married. We don’t want to get a prospective marriage visa as the application process could take up to 6 months and requires her to be outside of Australia when the decision is made on the visa and she is not eligible for a working holiday visa. A tourist visa is for three months and is too short a stay. Does anyone have visa suggestions? Or know of employers that would offer a sponsorship visa or any other visa suggestions. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
