What are ski gloves that keep hands dry but not hot?

Do those gloves keep your hands warm when using the computers? ive seen them on korean websites.?

so ive been watching korean tv shows.ive noticed that the asians like wearing gloves lol...and ive also seen gloves being sold online that you can use when using the computer and they keep ur hands warm..i want to know if they actually do..i hope u understand me..heres a pic what im talking about..the only reason im putting this question up in the korea sec..is cuz ive seen these types of gloves on asian websites..i use the computer alot and my hands r always cold..i cant wear normal gloves cuz it hard to type..and these ones ive seen onlne r fingerless.. heres are some pics.. http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w218/PrincessSum2004/01637_1.jpg http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w218/PrincessSum2004/01637_5.jpg
