Requirements in tourist visa for South Korea?

  • i have my boyfriend, he is a Filipino and working in South Korea.I am wanting to pay him a visit there.What are the "most requirements" in order for me to get a tourist visa for Korea? I have been reading all the forums here in the internet all over again and again , yet I am still confused.Many says that no need for visa if you are going to stay there for less than 30 days.While others says that it is really hard to get a tourist visa....I am currently working as a Travel Marketing Officer in one of the Online Advertising here in the Philippines.could there be anyone can help me or advice me the best thing to do?     Filipinos need Visa to enter to South Korea. If you plan to stay les than 30 days you need the following: Passport (not expiring in the next 6 months) Passport size picture Visa Application you can get this online Employment Certificate Bank Certificate If your boyfriend can issue a notarized invitation for you then it will be better. I will be going there too in April and those are the requirements I was asked to produced. South Korean Embassy is loated at the Pacific Star Plaza in Buendia cor Makati Ave. Good luck.

To stand a chance of securing your visa to visit South Korea, you would need a copy of your boyfriends contract, showing how much he get's paid, a paid airline ticket showing your departure date from Korea. A copy of your bank statement showing you have adequate funds to support yourself should your boyfriend abandon you. Also a copy of your boyfriends passport and Alien Registration Card. These should help you secure your visa. But it is no guarantee. These helped my wife get her C3 visa to come and visit me. She is filipina.
