SungKyunKwan Scandal seems to fit your criteria! I don't know if you'll understand the story because it is in the Joseon Era, and it takes place in a University of SungKyunKwan. Basically a love story in uni, just taking place a few hundred years ago, it's very witty and funny and I loved it. Another twist in the story is that girls aren't allowed in the university, but Kim Yun Hee (Park Min Young), the female protagonist disguises herself and goes in anyway! It's really good. And basically she falls in love with the Prime Minister's son, who is in her year. And Park YooChun of JYJ plays him, so, there's your cute guy. Another rom-com that I rather like is "My girlfriend is a nine-tailed fox". About a random guy (Lee Seung Gi, there's another cute guy for girls) that unleashes a nine-tailed fox, falls in love, etc etc. Very funny too, I recommend you both!
