How can international fans purchase tickets for the SBS Dream Concert in Korea?

The SBS Dream Concert is held May 22nd 2010. Since I'll be in Seoul during that time i would love to go to this concert. I'm not entirely sure if you have to be in a fan club to purchase tickets or if it's even possible for international fans (I'm in Canada) to purchase tickets before hand. Or if anyone knows where it would be possible to buy tickets from someone etc etc. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

i think the best way is to have someone you know who is in Korea to purchase ticket for you. Normally this selling is available online but the site are usually in Korean.
