Answer:
Half jap half korean sounds like an exotic mixture! It's great you know english too, they really respect the american industry Obviously flawless skin (asians have the most clear, pretty skin. they don't like a dirty or spotted face, I am guessing), nice teeth (japanese don't have very nice teeth so they probably value that), posture (it will be hard competing with asian girls they are gorgeous), hair and talent. Koreans are very accustomed to plastic surgery. Many celebrities have recurred to that. I am guessing they would appreciate a natural face. But I also think that this artificial perfection makes the industry even more picky and competitive. Really, good luck! I hope you make it

That you're half Korean/half Japanese won't matter a bit. Nobody will look at you and think "she's so exotic." Seriously, Koreans settled Japan between 1,000 and 2,000 years ago. There isn't a whole lot of difference in appearance. That'd be like saying that someone who is half German/half Norwegian is "exotic." Most people wouldn't even notice. 5'9" is quite tall for a woman, though, so that might help you. Your language skills are probably irrelevant, so don't worry too much. It's not like you'll be writing much. For visas, Korea has the F-4 Korean Racial Purity Heritage Visa, available to racial Koreans only (no other races allowed). However, it's possible that being half-Japanese may mean you cannot get this visa. Korea is very hesitant to give decent visas to people without pure Korean blood. Maintenance of a successful eugenics program and filtering out any racial impurities is a top priority in Korea. Koreans believe themselves to have the highest IQs, achievement levels, and the best genes of any race that has ever existed, and do not want to compromise this by letting in someone with foreign blood who could possibly destroy the great, superior Han Bloodline of supermen. If you can get the F-4, this might make modelling in Korea easier, but I'm somehow doubting you can get it because you're not pure. Japan does not have a "heritage visa" the same way Korea does. It has something for returning Japanese-Brazilians, but that's nowhere near as powerful as the F-4. However, Japan's visas for foreign citizens are much more liberal than Korea's. I'd say you're likelier to be successful in Japan if you can't get the F-4. If you are somehow able to get it despite your mixed blood, then Korea will be easier.

I'm not sure about Korea but as someone mentioned, Japanese don't always have the greatest teeth but they don't really value that so much . You can see lots of celebrities with bad teeth. Although, it's probably a benefit to have nice teeth anyway in the industry. I think the first thing you can do is contact a few agencies in both Korea and Japan. Just write them in English or have someone who speaks either language to help you. Many foreigners get modeling and commercial work in Japan and many agencies have at least someone who understands Japanese. There are even agencies that work with foreigners so they could help you get modeling work. You could probably get many jobs in some of the top young women's magazines such CanCam, Ray, and JJ.

You have cool plans. Both countries are cool but you are the one who can decide. You need only need good guidance, right? Korea is cool but I think modeling is not so big industry in this country. Japan,s modeling industry is booming. http://www.venyviaja.com/viajes/PuntaCana/Punta-Cana-Venta-Anticipada-Verano
