What is the difference between North Korea and South Korea?

    North Korea has it's own military. South Korea is dependent on the U.S. military. North Korea uses the Korean language. South Korea borrows from the U.S and Japan. South Korea does not have a culture. It adopts whatever in popular in the west. North Korea raises it children. South Korea abandons them. South Koreans are the most surgically altered people. They are trying to turn themselves in white people. Skin bleaching, three surgeries on the eyes (one to make the rounder, one to make them larger and one to add a crease in the eyelid), nose reduction and reshaping, cheek and chin reductions. North Koreans are still relatively unaltered. South Korean abandoned Buddhism in favor of Christianity. South Korea is number one suicides. The history of Korea is actually the history of North Korea.

The North is a slave state where the people are kept prisoners in their country. They don't have any rights. It is closed to the outside world. They deal with terrorists, and threaten the security of the world when trying to negotiate with foreign countries. The South is a democracy. They allow their citizens to travel freely. They encourage tourists, and foreign businesses. They have become an economic force in world affairs. They send aid and food to the North, which has kept many of the Northern people from starving, since the North can not feed itself.

the person above me has TERRIBLE info... he is stating his opinion about s.korea. every country in the world has people who abandoned their own kids... (btw some north koreans abandon their own kids.... and when the are on their own, they smoke or drink alcohol....*from a vid i watched*) NORTH KOREA AND SOUTH KOREA SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE !!! they just have an accent when they speak.... its like chinese accent but speaking korean :D i just had to clarify :)

I don't know why no one want to help ur project. I will explain that. Before 1950, Korea had been one country and nationality. (Even though there was japanese colony for 35 years till the end of WW2) At 1950, Korean communist troops who have power from Russia and China made war in peninsular to make the country communist world. And Korean democracy troops who have power from US and other democracy countries fought against communist. After 4 years war, Truce made the two nationalities in one country. North of peninsular have been conquered by communist, and South of it by democrat. Am I clear?
