I heard we are going to include South Korea in the VWP, What is going to happen to korean illegal immigrants in US if US include South Korea in the Visa Waiver Program? Are they allowed to deport back to South Korea and come back right away? How can they receive US VWP if they came to US illegally at first place?

Answer:
I don't know it the congress will ever get around to including South Korea in the visa waiver program. That is something they should have done years ago, but congress doesn't do much in a hurry especially if it is not going to get them re elected. There are no clear answers to your questions, and these things will have to be cleared up if they decide to eliminate the waver requirement for Koreans.
