How to become a foreign language teacher?

How to become a language teacher or trend specialist in Korean entertainment industry?

  • I am pretty good at languages and can speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese fluently. I also really like to teach languages :) Is there any way I could become a language teacher in Korean Entertainment? I was also wondering how it is possible to become one of those "trend specialists," because I think it would be cool..and I have lots of ideas :) Thank you for helping!

It's probably not possible to jump straight into this job, but with a bit of effort you could get into the industry. Perhaps the best way is to get over to Korea and find yourself a "regular" teaching job in a school in Seoul, maybe nearby the big studios. The next step once you're organised there is to find private lessons teaching English amongst the acting community. This means putting adverts where actors will find them... and slowly you'll make the contacts to get into this gig.

It depends on where your going...But unless your living in korea no,but if you are,itd be a good idea to go up and ask.For trend specialists,Im pretty sure youd have to had to go to school for style and get hired in the company. It is a job.You could ask to be a volunteer language teacher, since its really hard for some non koreans, but if you want,JYP is the best. You could also try little ent companies since there are tons.Good luck!
