I have just finished Korean Drama "Boys Over Flowers" and would really like to know if Season 1 is the only Season they have on the internet or if that's it. I watched all of Season 1 so is it the end of the drama or are they making more?

Yes there is only 1 season and I dont think they are making anyore. There's no season 2 for Boys Over Flower. :)

For now, there is only season 1 series. But, I ever read on the magazine that the producer of the movie plans to make Boys Over Flowers 2 due to high rating of the first season. So, let us hope that there will be the sequel :)
