Why do foreigners here choose to watch only worst corean dramas?

It depends on the person and what type of dramas/show/movies they like to watch. Some like gore, some like romance. Many of the KPOP and KDRAMA people like romance more; so they watch the romantic/cute/love/comedy ones. I actually thought boys over flowers, playful kiss and what not were highly watched in Korea (Corea). Playful kiss was up to like, 20% views or something? I don't know - but it's something like that. I saw it on allkpop x]. @Kyuhaejong Y - Koreans that live, have grown up and learned English in Korea prefer to write Korea and Korean, Corea and Corean because, er, something to do with the Japanese occupation? I read it somewhere a while ago, so I can't remember everything it said - but it was along those lines.

u have spelt KOREAN wrong :))) i have not watched any of those dramas above but i think evrey one should watch plan B, kim ta goo (king of baking) your beutiful etc (there are 2 many good dramas) and i also think it depends on the age of the person and what type of dramas they like the most (romantic, action etc.)

haha, it depends on the age group. the most popular ones here right now are personal taste, my girlfriend is a gimho, fugitive plan B, boys over flowers, oh! my lady, my girl, Goong..etc. maybe because you are a guy so you have a different idea of what a "good drama" is.

That depends on your age group. And its Korean. Most K-dramas are intended for the teens because their target audiences are the young and young at heart. And anyway, who doesn't want to fall in-love? when you're older, reliving the past of your younger days is simply normal- reminiscin your first kiss, the very first time your heart beat faster. When you are teen, watching dramas like that makes you want to fall in-love and be in-love forever, isn't that great? Love does make the world go 'round. With all the troubles we are facing in this world, everybody wants a breather and wants ti simply just sit-back and enjoy the show. Romantic comedy dramas may seem childish to you but its entertaining and funny and gets you hooked. I like all kinds of dramas, from sappy ones to mystery thrillers to historical novelties- everything. You may not beleive it but my most favorite dramas are not the romantic comedy ones but dramas with depth and I still belong in the younger group if you must know, its a matter of choice. Dramas I recommend you to watch with your kind of preference are: Swallow the Sun Green Rose Yi San The First Kings Four Gods Lovers A Man Called God East of Eden Jumong Jewel in the Palace Keep your cool - everybody here are entitled to their own opinions. Reagrdless of anything though, we love Korean dramas so just watch and support whatever it is you like okay? To each his own!

one - you spelled korea and korean wrong two- it's all about personal taste. just because you think something is good doesn't mean it really is. that's just what you think three - is there a problem with people liking the dramas you mentioned? they're not "childish" or boring....maybe to you but many people loved those dramas. what if i asked you, why do you like the dramas that you said were the "best of the best"? just shut up and mind your own business.

I am not Korean(obviously lol)and did not like boys over flowers or goong,I found them childish and boring,but many people must like it since they are so popular. I liked dramas like: What happened in bali 나쁜 남자 마왕 story of A man green rose A love to kill iljimae

It's a matter of personal taste. Also, some people like to watch tv or movies that are just relaxing and don't require them to think too much.
