How does the Korail "Happy Pass" work?

• Hi, traveling to Korea for a while in a few weeks and I was looking to see if there was a good rail pass option for short weekend trips to various places outside of Seoul. I found this rail pass on the Korail website (http://www.korail.com/kr_pass.jsp), but the engrish on the page is a bit confusing. Maybe somebody who can fluently read the page in Korean can make sure of a few things for me. 1. It looks like I print out an E-Ticket for the pass, then I go to a train station and get the actual pass yes? Am I forced to print the E-ticket now in America or can it be done later? 2. Can the pass be used on non-consecutive days over an extended period of time? I know the regular Korail pass is for consecutive days, but I am not sure of the exact meaning of "without limit in terms of the travel section and the count." 3. On non-holidays, I can reserve any general seat on the train? Where would I make this reservation? Online? At the station? Thanks, anything else you might gleam from a better translation would help. .
