Why do koreans have good skin?????pics.?

This made me laugh! I live in Korea, in one of the most fashionable parts of Seoul, and believe me they do not all have good skin. A lot of them could use a passing acquaintance with some tea tree oil. And the girl in the picture is a star so she has someone to make sure none of her pimples show, not to mention a little thing called airbrushing. And the reason her face is so white is because she is probably using several whitening products and make-up that is a shade too light for her skin. Please keep in mind that a lot of the "beautiful" Korean stars, guys and girls, are plastic and have the money to pay people to make them look good. Normal Koreans have skin problems just like anybody else.

Most Korean women in South Korea go to one of those Saunas pretty much once or twice a week. Those saunas are said to be an amazing treat for your skin. There are pretty much every single room in the sauna- from being way too hot to rooms that are cold. The saunas contain a lot of entertainment also. These could be a restaurant, karaoke room, manga room, movie room, sleeping room, massage room, and many more, and while you're in one of these room just having fun you're still sweating and getting the full effect of the saunas. I don't know if the Philippines has this, but if they do, definitely visit there occasionally!

Good genetics, and good diet. The diet of Koreans is filled with various nutrients with lots of vegetables and fruits. Koreans do not really fry foods. They like their vegetables fresh and usually grilled or lightly seasoned. Even with the meat, such as bulgogi and kalbi, is grilled, not fried. I don't know what people are saying about Korean girls wearing makeup all the time. Most Korean girls don't even touch makeup until they get out of school completely, which is like past the age of 18. I mean, who has the time when you have to study 24/7 just to get in to a decent college. And even if they did, makeup would not be able to do that good of a job. If there is makeup out there like that, then let me know! But this is not to say that ALL Koreans have great skin all the time. Koreans can have blemishes due to puberty and freckles and what not as much as any other race. But as stated before, a good diet contributes to good skin

LOL!!! Adik ka rin pala sa Boys Over Flowers...dapat mapanood mo yung Banana Split kasi ginagaya nila yan. Translation: So, you're also addicted to Boys Over FLowers...you should watch Banana Split(a local gag show in Philippines) cause they're spoofing it. I agree with you!! I like their skin. It really looks so nice compared to the Caucasian's which looks almost transparent and is prone to freckles. Well, I think that their fine skins has something to do with their race. And yes, make ups. We had some Korean exchange students in our school last sem and their skin are not as fine as that actress'(forgot her name). Their lifestyle should have also had some effect on their skin.

It is weather, diet, and saunas. Also because of the skin care products somehow. Filipinas have a different type of skin. Sometimes it is hard to accept your tropical genes. Chink like laoshu are only expressing their love for the Chinese propaganda. Don't choose her, or you're loving communism. ^^

a combination of environment and diet.. i have to disagree with the people here who answered genetics... heres my opinion: -environment=if the human body is exposed to cold/cool temperature, the pores will shrink, and if the environment is clean, there is minimal chance for acne -diet=the kimchi and other vegetables which most koreans eat really flushes out the toxins in the body, thereby minimizing the chance for infection or irritation... its not genetics because: koreans who stay in the philippines and eat philippine food for quite a while will start to have filipino skin... its the same with a filipino who will stay in korea and eat korean food, korean skin pretty soon...

because of their country's weather. and also because of the saunas. ya. not only korean girls have such good skin, korean guys too. ^^ you can take a look at other korean guys. for example. dbsk. ^^
