What numbers to daill if calling from US to Korea?

• Number I am trying to reach is 011-6249-0375 (Navy cell phone) which is exactly how it reads on the persons business card. I have tried dailing a 011 (country code) + 82 have tried with just the 011 and just the 82 have tried with no extra codes (dailing just as it reads) I cant seem to get through no matter what I dail.... What am I doing wrong?

  Ok, so I call Korea often, and the thing with the area code on the phone number (011), is that you don't press the 0 in front. Thus... you would call this number: 011 - 82 - 11 - 6249 - 0375. The first 011 is the country code, then the 82 is Korea, I think, I forget exactly, then the second 011 is the specific code for all cell phones. Hope that helps!
