Why do koreans have such good skin?

Why do Koreans have flawless skin? What's ther skin regimen? Why do they all have the same clear skin?

    Probably because they don't eat a lot of beef, pork, or any other "dirty meats" that on a much larger scale we do. Koreans, assuming from Korea and not Korean-Americans, eat a lot of seafood and plants. We eat on a much larger scale the unhealthier food, such as fast-food, beef, pork, pizzas, and all the things that aren't good for you. It's almost no wonder Koreans have better skin. BTW, I personally knew a Korean family and regularly visited them while I was younger, and it is not a conscious decision they eat better than us, it's just part of their immediate diet that they grow up in.

They don't necessarily. My relatives are Korean, and some have really bad problems despite kimchi etc. My husband has terrible problems with acne.

I think that's because generally they take great care of their health. They tend to spend more time and effort on stuff that are good for health. For eg. they eat healthy food (like kimchi, bean sprouts and seaweed and most of them eat at home), and they go for de-tox regularly (like spa, drink green tea). They also always scrub their bodies to rid off dead skin cells, so in a way helps rapid skin renewal. =p
