Is there any Subway in Nice?

Can I take the subway from Incheon international airport to Seoul?

  • How do I do it and where is the subway station? How much is it? Or will it be easier to take the airport bus 6002 instead? The subway exit is Jongro 3-ga. Does the airport bus stop near or at the Jongro 3-ga subway station? Another question (unrelated). I am also planning to take the regional bus from Gwangju to the Seoul bus station. Can you give me instructions on how to take the subway from the bus station to exit Jongro 3-ga subway exit? I don't speak a word of Hangul so I want to make sure I have a plan. Thank you so much.

  • Answer:

Yes you can take a subway all the way to Jongro. You take the airport railroad all the way to Seoul Station. It should be the last stop. From there I'd recommend you take a cab the rest of the way, otherwise you will have to transfer twice which can be a pain with luggage. It will be less than $5 from Seoul station to Jongro. If you choose to take the airport bus, theres a bus for pretty much anywhere in Seoul. Instead of taking the public bus you seemed to have found, I'd recommend you take the KAL limousine bus. They are much more comfortable. When you walk out of the terminal, you can find ticket booths. They will tell you which bus you need to get on. It's either $10 or $15 and it'll take around an hour. The KAL buses usually stop at all the hotels, but there should be a stop at or very close to the jongro 3 ga subway stop. If you're staying at a hotel, the KAL bus will drop you off in front of the lobby. I'd recommend you take the bus instead of the rail. There are 2 major bus terminals in Seoul. GoSuk and Nambu Terminal. It's more likely that you will arrive at GoSuk. If you arrive at Gosuk, get on the number 3 line (orange) and head north towards DaeWha. The next stop should be ChamWon if you're heading towards the right direction. (You also cross the river half way, just to be extra sure) I'd recommend you ask to make sure as it can get somewhat confusing. You can just say Jongro and people will know. There are 2 other lines at GoSuk, so be sure you're on the orange line. You can take the number 3 line all the way up to Jongro without transferring. It should be around 10 stops or so. Nambu is also on the number 3 line and south of Gosuk, so you head towards the same direction. It should be 2-3 stops from Gosuk Terminal. You should also keep in mind that Jongro 3 ga has 3 subway lines, so there are a lot of exits. All the exits are numbered. The subway can get somewhat confusing, especially at transfers, but don't be afraid to ask for directions. So long as you're friendly and polite, people will help you the best they can.
