How to find someone you've lost contact with?

How can I find someone in japan I lost contact with?

  • I tried emailing her several times, but it just kept bouncing back, so I guess I dont know her email address any more. I also dont know email addresses of anyone who knows her. on top of that, my grandma used to see her alot walking to school, but apparently she hasn't seen her at all lately. I dont know her address and I lost her phone numer, and she lives half way across the world from me! well, im going back to japan in about three months... but I want to know if she moved or not right now, and I just need to find some kind of way to contact her. shes my best friend, and I dont have any close friends here in the U.S. AND I havn't seen her for two years. please help me! it would be best if I could just find her email address.

    Search her name and location on google. Where she lives, (town and country) and her first and last name. You would be surprised how much you can find out about a person on google. Also i have used google as a phone book. If you write the full name of a person sometimes the address and phone number will come up. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

you can try mixi.jp the biggest japanese social networking site. it is purely in japanese but you can sign up and search for your friend. by the way sorry to say that but you will need an invitation for the site first.

I hope you know her last name, if so you can simply go to switchboard and type it in, along with the city you believe she lives in, and the country. i'm not sure if switchboard goes outside of the united states.
