How much does it cost to send a letter from Japan to Australia?

• In a few days I will be going on a holiday to Japan, and would like to send a letter to Australia at some point. It will be a little more heavy than usual, since it'll contain an xD picture card with the little plastic case. I'm afraid I won't be able to read the prices there well, so I was wondering, does anyone know how many yen it'll be? ... And, in case any knows, where to get the stamps? Thanks!
