Could you please help me to find a work in japan where i can apply i am 22 yrs old..grad. 2 yrs?

im here in Philippines and looking for an agent or broker to put me in a factory where i can work and earn. i am not good in japanese. or any websites where i can visit to search for a factory jobs. ....could you please help me, to find a work ..im faustino ganapin 20 years old , live in philippines ...i am wiling to work in japan (i study in 2 years course of industrial electronics,i am looking for a job..thnks i hope you will reply..
