    I remember there was an agreement regarding nursing between Japan and the Philippines. Check the info about the entry procedures. It's available in Philippines. But I don't recommend it. To my view, I feel many Philippine ppl don't get along with Japan's life. Because Japan is mono-culture and local people don't speak English, but Philippine people tend to think the world should be multi-cultural and English be the world standard. Try the US or Europe. I think they are really the place for those people.
