Answer:
Based on the Japanese I know, here is how I would say most of those phrases if I needed to. 君子さんは建築家です。 OR 君子さんは家を拵えるよ。 -> "Kimiko-san wa kenchikuka desu." OR "Kimiko-san wa ie wo koshiraeru yo." --> I was not sure what you meant by "house maker", so I provided two options. The first says "Ms. Kimiko is an architect," while the second says "Ms. Kimiko makes houses." 林さんと小屋やしさんは会社の社員です。 -> "Hayashi-san to Koyayashi-san wa kaisha no shain desu." --> Mr. Hayashi and Mr. Koyayashi are employees of the company. すみません, 貴方は山田さんですか? -> "Sumimasen, anata wa Yamada-san desu ka?" --> Excuse me, are you Mr. Yamada? 私は学生じゃないです。 OR 僕は学生じゃないです。 -> "Watashi wa gakusei janai desu." OR "Boku wa gakusei janai desu." --> Both of these sentences mean the same thing (I am not a student,) but the one on the left is more appropriate for girls to use and the one on the right is more appropriate for guys to use. すみません, 貴方の名前は何ですか? -> "Sumimasen, anata no namae wa nan desu ka?" --> This is pretty much a direct translation, as it means "excuse me, what is your name?" I am not exactly sure how to say "I appreciate your hospitality", but if you want to know how to say a jarringly similar phrase in Japanese, I'd suggest going here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080224061441AAtkyge I hope that helped you! Good luck. By the way, nearly all of the above phrases are in polite form.
