So Like That's Difference Between Like Hanover, Tokyo, And Cities Like Fussa City in Japan???? Whats Hanover?? Is It like A City Or State??? Or What??

Answer:
Uh Hanover is a place in GERMANY, I'm not too familiar about Germany so you'll have to ask the German forum. The difference is Hanover is in Germany and Tokyo is in Japan. Japan is subdivided into PREFECTURES. There are 47 Prefectures of Japan. Prefectures are analogous to "US States", but they are called Prefectures. Tokyo is technically not a city, it is one of the 47 Prefectures of Japan. Fussa is a City inside Tokyo, like Los Angeles is a city in California. As for Hanover, you got to check with the German forum: http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/index?sid=396545527&link=list -- Rik you should read my post again. I said Tokyo IS NOT A CITY, and I didn't say it was like LA. I said Fussa is like L.A. because Fussa is a city inside Tokyo, like LA is a city inside California.

All I know is that the Japanese men go off on hentai girls like Sailor moon and Rukia from Bleach.

TokyE is right except for his analogy of Tokyo to LA. Tokyo is considered a special prefecture just as the District of Columbia (the D.C. in Washington D.C.) is a special district that is almost a state and a city but not quite so. Tokyo does not have a mayor, but a governor whereas Washington D.C. has a mayor but no governor. Tokyo startout as a small minor clan capitol call Edo and grew into a major city under the Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu, and then became the capitol of Japan renamed Tokyo. The city kept on growing and eventually enveloped several smaller towns that was once on the outskirts of the city. One of these is Fussa City.

That is like a city. Many cities close together. I live in Hamura City very close to Fussa.

Tokyo E answered your question. Though how he figured out your intentions through what you actually wrote is beyond me. Falls under the category of "Silly Questions". Hey!!! There ought to be a forum for silly questions. Give people a place to post silly, poorly worded questions to post and keep the freaking stuff off this forum. But I think I would have to visit that forum sometimes. Can you imagine the kind of questions and answers you would get there? Good humor. Generally silly, but sometimes funny. You see, if I took your question seriously, I would be morally obligated to make comments about your general level of intelligence that would probably get yet another of my posts deleted. Not that getting one of my posts deleted is an earth-shattering event that requires days to get over, but just that I kinda' like to play by the rules. So even if, and I emphasize if, (this is an unreal conditional statement), I thought you were a complete moron, I couldn't actually say that. And wouldn't say that. Because that is a rule. I just wish Yahoo would make a forum for Silly Questions.
